Putra InnoCreactive Carnival in Teaching and Learning (PicTL) 2018 was held on 2^nd and 3^rd August 2018 at Universiti Putra Malaysia. In this carnival, the Faculty of Biotechnology and Biomolecular Sciences (FBSB) has won the 3^rd place for the “Pertandingan Amalan Innovasi Pengajaran & Pembelajaran Terbaik (Fakulti/Pusat)” this year with the title “Service Learning in Biotechnology and Biomolecular Sciences”. This project was led by Dr. Chia Suet Lin together with the team members consisting of Associate Professor Dr. Wan Zuhainis Saad, Dr. Saila Ismail, Dr. Adelene Song Ai Lian, Dr. Asilah Ahmad Tajudin, and Dr. Mohd. Termizi Yusof from the Department of Microbiology; and Associate Professor Dr. Parameswari Namasivayam, Dr. Nik Mohd Afizan Nik Abd Rahman, Dr. Noor Baity Saidi, Dr. Lai Kok Song, Dr. Dhilia Udie Lamasudin and Mr. Ridzuan Md Hashim from the Department of Cell and Molecular Biology.
