Abstract Submission Guidelines

1. Abstract submission is open online until 30 October 2026. [Download Abstract Template]

2. Submissions must align with one of the following thematic tracks:

• Track 1: Medical Biotechnology
• Track 2: Food & Agricultural Biotechnology
• Track 3: Environmental Biotechnology
• Track 4: Industrial Biotechnology
• Track 5: Digital & AI in Biotechnology
• Track 6: Innovation, Commercialisation & Bio-entrepreneurship

3. All abstracts must be submitted exclusively via the online submission system. Submissions via post, email, fax, or messaging platforms will not be considered.

4. Abstracts must be written in English.

5. The abstract title must be clear, concise, and grammatically correct. Avoid abbreviations.

6. Authors are responsible for ensuring correct spelling and grammar. The BIPS 2027 Committee reserves the right to make minor edits for clarity and correctness.

7. All abstracts will undergo a confidential peer-review process, and decisions made by the committee are final.

8. Late submissions will not be accepted.

9. Notification of acceptance will be sent via email.
