How to Apply Outbound

Interested students/staff can download and fill up:

• APPLICATION FOR STUDY ABROAD (OUTBOUND) FORM FOR STUDENT.
• APPLICATION FOR STAFF ATTACHMENT (OUTBOUND) FORM.
• APPLICATION FORM FOR TRANSFER OF CREDIT BETWEEN INSTITUTIONS (OUTBOUND),IF APPLICABLE.

In addition to our application form, we also require additional relevant documents, which include:

• A nomination letter from Respective Faculty.
• One Certified True Copy of Academic Transcript by the Respective Faculty (Each Semester).
• One Certified True Copies of Passport.
• Account Statement/Account Passbook – Account Number.
• Invitation Letter / Letter of Acceptance from Host University.
• Itinerary Details of Programme.

Kindly submit all forms and documents to the Respective Faculty. Faculty will send the application form to us.
